6 steps — from raw material to shipping

Incoming raw-material control
Every batch of raw materials is verified against supplier certificates and our own measurements — nothing unchecked enters production.

In-process control
At critical points of the line — extrusion, printing, thermoforming — operators record parameters per checklists.

Intermediate control
Between major operations, sample measurements confirm that the intermediate product meets the spec.
- 4
Final QC
Finished product undergoes final inspection: dimensions, color, strength, compatibility with the customer's packaging lines.

Laboratory testing
For selected batches — mechanical, color, and thermal tests. On request — RoHS verification and MSDS documentation.

Batch passport
Every batch ships with a document recording the control results. Full traceability back to raw material.

Clients come to us not only for standard products. When a task requires a material that doesn't yet exist on the market — we create it.
Joint case with a home-appliance manufacturer and Polyplastic: we developed a dielectric plate based on RP black — RoHS-compliant, with a V=0 flammability rating. The solution passed testing and went into series production.
