1. General provisions
1.1. These Terms of Use (“Agreement”) govern the relationship between Limited Liability Company “Kobookson” (TIN 5032285044, OGRN 1145032008703, hereinafter “Owner”) and any person using the website kobookson.com (hereinafter “Site”).
1.2. Use of the Site constitutes unconditional acceptance of the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please do not use the Site.
1.3. The Owner may amend this Agreement unilaterally. The current version is always published at /terms. The date of the most recent update is shown at the top of this document.
2. Purpose of the Site
2.1. The Site is informational in nature. It contains general information about the Owner’s business activities, a list of production areas, case studies of completed projects, contact details, and company particulars.
2.2. The information on the Site does not constitute a public offer within the meaning of Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. All terms of supply, prices, and lead times are agreed individually with each customer following direct contact.
3. Intellectual property
3.1. All materials on the Site — texts, photographs, illustrations, logo, design, and source code — are the intellectual property of the Owner or are published with the consent of the respective rights holders.
3.2. Any use of Site materials (copying, distribution, or adaptation) without the written permission of the Owner is prohibited and may be pursued in accordance with applicable law.
3.3. Quotation with attribution and an active hyperlink to kobookson.com is permitted.
4. Limitation of liability
4.1. The Owner makes reasonable efforts to keep the information on the Site current, but does not guarantee its absolute accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.
4.2. The Owner is not liable for direct or indirect losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Site.
4.3. The Site may contain links to third-party resources. The Owner does not control their content and accepts no responsibility for it.
5. Personal data
5.1. The processing of personal data submitted through the Site’s contact forms is governed by a separate document — the Privacy Policy.
6. Governing law
6.1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Russian Federation.
6.2. All disputes arising in connection with the use of the Site shall be resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Russian Federation, at the location of the Owner.
